Peter Edge - baritone

Peter Edge is a Baritone studying his Masters at the Royal College of Music, supported by the Walker Trust. Competition successes include the International Medal at the Llangollen International Eisteddfod and Highly Commended in the Kathleen Ferrier Bursary Competition.

Opera roles include Alfio (Cavalleria Rusticana), Papageno (Die Zauberflote) and Masetto (Don Giovanni) - where Peter toured France and the UK. Chorus includes The Merry Widow, Otello and Simon Boccenegra with the RNCM and Orfeo (Longborough Festival Opera). Peter is also in demand as an oratorio soloist and has recently performed Bach’s St John Passion, Handel’s Messiah and Haydn’s Creation.

Peter made his TV debut on S4C, at Llangollen, and also appeared in the BBC Film: Florence Foster Jenkins. Peter regularly sings on live BBC Radio, and is a BBC Introducing Young Artist.

He is thrilled to be joining Felici for their 2018 production of Mozart's Don Giovanni reprising the role of Masetto.
