Elizabeth graduated from the Royal Academy of Music's opera course with distinction. There, she won the Dame Eva Turner Scholarship for sopranos with dramatic potential and a place to study with Kiri Te Kanawa and Frederica von Stade at the Solti Accademia in Italy. Professional operatic work includes Michaela (Carmen), Euridice (Orfeo ed Euridice), Helena (A Midsummer's Night Dream) and 1st Lady (Die Zauberflote) amongst others. Elizabeth has performed extensively on the concert platform most notably with Alan Opie in Mendelssohn’s Elijah and with the Mozart Requiem at St Martin in the Fields.
Elizabeth is a highly sought after singing teacher with pupils having won choral scholarships to Oxford and Cambridge and former students now singing in the West End. She also examines internationally for ABRSM.
